Zeny Farming
This page shows where to farm Zeny on WeeklyRO. The numbers are average Zeny per kill from selling the loot to an NPC at our 11x drop rate, worked out from the server's monster and item data. Cards are not counted. Selling to other players usually pays much more.
Quick tips
- Turn on
@autolootso you don't miss drops. Use@alootidto pick up only the items you want if you get too heavy. - Sell with a Merchant. Merchant-class characters with Overcharge (Merchant skill) sell to NPCs for up to 24% more. A Merchant alt for selling is worth it.
- Vend valuable items instead of selling them to NPCs. Open a shop and use
@autotradeto keep it open while you're offline. - Cards drop at 20x (most cards 0.2%) and MVP cards at 4x (0.04%). Check what monsters drop with
@mobinfoand@whodrops. - The weekend MVP drops everything 25% more often: a good time to hunt MVPs with your guild.
- Drops also follow the level difference rule. Monsters far above or below your level drop less.

Note: Above level 150, NPC loot is worth less per kill and monsters have far more HP. At that point most Zeny comes from selling cards, equipment and materials to other players and from MVP drops, not from NPC selling.
Thanatos Tower
The upper floors of Thanatos Tower are the best NPC-loot farm on the server. The Angel monsters there (Baroness of Retribution, Lady Solace, Mistress of Shelter, Dame of Sentinel) all drop Stone of Sage, rings and gems that sell well. Their elements are mixed (Shadow, Holy and Neutral), and the Thanatos spirits on the top floors are Ghost 4 and take almost no damage from Neutral attacks. Bring a way to switch elements, and good MDEF.
