Getting Started

Welcome to WeeklyRO! This page takes you from nothing to your first job change.

1. Create an account

Register on the website: weeklyro.com → Register. Your website login is also your game login.

Download the full game client from the Downloads page (about 5 GB).
Extract the whole zip to a folder you can write to, for example C:\Games\WeeklyRO. Do not put it inside C:\Program Files. If Windows can't open the zip, use 7-Zip.
Open WeeklyRO-Patcher.exe and allow administrator permission when Windows asks.
Wait until the patcher has finished updating, then click Game Start.

The patcher keeps your game up to date and shows the latest news. Always start the game through the patcher.

Note: The patcher needs Microsoft WebView2, which is already installed on up-to-date Windows 10 and 11.

When you log in for the first time, every character receives a starter kit (bound to that character):

If your character is too heavy to carry it, the kit waits until a later login.

Use @go prontera (or @go 0) to get to Prontera, the main town. All services are lined up south of the castle steps.
Talk to the Job Master to change jobs. You need job level 10 for your first job. See Job Changes.
Turn on @autoloot so items go straight into your inventory.
