All the main services stand in a row in the middle of Prontera, just south of the castle steps (around 150–166, 193). Use @go prontera to get there.

Healer
Talking to the Healer fully restores your HP and SP and gives you Increase AGI and Blessing (level 10, 4 minutes). There is no cooldown. A Healer stands in every town.
Warper
The Warper can send you to:
- Last Warp: the last place you warped to
- Towns, Fields and Dungeons: every level of each field and dungeon
- Guild Castles and Guild Dungeons
- Instances: the entrance of each instance
- Special areas such as arenas, the Eden Group headquarters and the Para Market
A Warper stands in every town and is free to use.
Reset Girl

There is no limit on how often you can reset. Remove your cart, falcon or mount first if the NPC asks you to.
Stylist
Changes your hairstyle, hair colour and clothes colour for free. Clothes colours depend on your job and sex. Some jobs (for example Doram and Rebellion) have no extra clothes colours in the game client.
Platinum skills
The Job Master already gives you your platinum (quest) skills automatically when you change jobs. Use the Platinum Skill NPC only if you are missing one.
